Minimum order is $100.00. Please note we will not process any order that totals less than $100.00. We are wholesale only, therefore require that all customers have a Resale License and Business License.
How do we ship?
All goods are shipped FOB Petaluma. We ship either LTL (Pallets) or boxes with various freight companies.Can I email my order to JSI Fancifoods? Yes, you can email your orders to: grant@fancifoods.com
What is the average cost of shipping? The average cost of shipping to most states can be 8 - 10% of the value of the order.
What is the turn-around time from the time I place my order? Generally we ship goods out within two days of receiving your order from you.
Do you accept credit cards? Yes we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
What do I do if goods are received damaged or short delivered? All our pallets and boxes are wrapped with JSI tape which specifically states "STOP - IF SEAL IS BROKEN OR PACKAGE DAMAGED CHECK CONTENTS BEFORE SIGNING RECEIPT". Any damages / shortages MUST be noted on the freight company's Bill of Lading prior to signing for receipt. This Bill of Lading must then be faxed to JSI so that we can process a claim against the freight company and process your credit. All orders are checked twice before shipping out to customers. JSI Fancifoods will not be held responsible for damages / shortages if the policy mentioned above is not adhered to.
